We helped manage this project from the detailed design phase through to completion, ensuring all defects were resolved.
The building had a number of hidden surprises, as is often the case with a renovation project, so we had to use our improvisational skills. COVID's disrupted supply chains obviously didn't help, and on top of that, the Düsseldorf fire department's strict requirements.
Despite all the challenges this building presented, we didn't give up. We visited the construction site regularly, managed the parties on-site, and followed up with contractors to ensure the project would be completed. This demonstrated to our client that we don't give up when things get complicated.
