We have accompanied this project from the detailed planning phase onwards, and work is currently still underway.
The challenge with this project is that the building is occupied by multiple tenants and a self-storage operation is in operation.
Thanks to our knowledge of renovations and our experience with self-storage projects, we were able to find the best approach for this project and ensure that the disruption to operations and other tenants was as minimal as possible.
