We accompanied this project from the detailed design phase to completion, correcting all defects.
This project was challenging, as COVID caused supply chain delays and the basement shop was in operation during the construction phase. We planned all phases in great detail and determined the best logistical routes.
Our knowledge of self-storage, construction in Bavaria, and the architect's in-depth knowledge of the conversion proved to be an ideal complement.
We were able to complete this project within budget and on schedule.
