We accompanied this project from the detailed design phase to completion and ensured that all defects were eliminated.
This project was a real challenge due to the discovery of explosive ordnance on the property, the discovery of buried underground structures, and COVID causing supply chain delays.
Despite all the challenges, most of which were inherited, we didn't give up. We visited the construction site regularly, took over management from the on-site parties, and followed up with the contractors to ensure the project would be completed. This showed our client that we don't give up when things get complicated.
