We managed the renovation of the historic hotel, which has now been converted into 52 Limehome Serviced Apartments in Berlin. This project required careful planning, budgeting, and monitoring, with skills such as project coordination and quality assurance playing a key role in its successful implementation.
The age of the building, coupled with modern fire safety regulations, presented us with major challenges, which we successfully mastered in cooperation with the client.
By providing technical consulting, program management, and project coordination, we were able to effectively reduce the client's workload and address all their requests.
